I actually really love the OUAT tag because of all the speculation and the hilarity of the inter-fandom wars and the hotness of Swan Queen. I pretty much respect everything anyone has to say about the show (whether I agree or not) because you know, the more people that watch and love it, the better chance it has of sticking around.

But I just have to send out a big WTF LOL to everyone arguing about how unrealistic it is for Emma to try and regain custody of Henry. Do you not understand the premise of the show? An evil queen took all the fairy tale creatures and put them in a tiny town to be miserable. No one moves in, no one moves out. Just how fucking realistic are you expecting their adoption laws to be?

I mean feel however you want about it, but realize that you sound like a moron when you talk about the realism of it because it’s a show about fucking fairy tales.
